Last weekend, some of my sweet friends from college came to visit me! We had so much fun just shopping and laughing and eating wayyyy too many cupcakes. It's been so wonderful to have a steady stream of visitors in our house over the last month, too... it actually feels a little empty now!
Lauren and Whitney pulled in on Friday night, so on Saturday, we spent almost the entire day in Georgetown! Here is Lauren trespassing on someone's property because it was cute.
All weekend, she kept saying she wanted a house with a tower, so she made sure we didn't miss a single one.

We got a ridiculous assortment of flavors, but these were chocolate3, red velvet, mint cookies and creme, and coconut. But our favorite was the salted caramel!
All weekend, people. All. Weekend.
Actually, none of us ate one whole cupcake! We split every flavor so we could try them all, and it was DELICIOUS. You don't realize how much you don't need to eat the whole cupcake until you don't.

Ok, so I promise there were quite a few hours of shopping between the cupcakes and what's about to happen next, but we may or may not have wrapped up our day by getting Ray's Hell Burger to go and watching the Miss America pageant. Probably should have shared with the contestants.
Ray's is an institution in Arlington, so you pretty much have to go, but two words of advice: pace yourself.
Ok, so that was Saturday! But they stayed for Sunday, too, so I'll post those pictures tomorrow!
And I'm wearing my pajama pants inside out tonight... bring on the snow!
